Acoustic design consultancy for acoustic improvement of the existing acoustic shell at  auditorio del Palau de les Arts Reina Sofía en la Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciencies de Santiago Calatrava. Stage adaptation according to event typology

It is intended to solve an acoustic problem caused by the second acoustic reflection creating diffusion between the side walls of the stage where the architect Santiago Calatrava designed parallel walls causing echo in the first row of the audience. The echo produced between the side walls is produced by being a distance greater than 17m, so the acoustic shell intention is to adapt to the stage as a solution to reduce the distance as well as better sound projection to audience
