Single-family house refurbishment  on three floors in Pozuelo de Alarcón. SoundScape Studio carried out a design consultancy and work monitoring for building services , facade and finishes renovation, adapting the original architectural design from the 70s to the present.

Three floors  where the proposed multi-use open plan space on the top floor allows the entry of zenithal light from the  roof to the ground floor through the staircase, mantaining temperatures  for greater thermal comfort.
